First of all, I don’t write reviews very often and to say that this place is great would be an understatement. All the staff here were extremely friendly and courteous. I’ve had a very bad experience with a different clinic, so when my friend referred me to Tru Plano Dental I decided to give this a shot.

At first when I called in to make an appointment, Osman was very helpful. He explained to me all services that I may need as well as those that are optional or “good to have”. Most other dentists I went to previously would give me an exhaustive list of all the services that I need including getting crowns, a ton of antibiotics, invisialign and whatnot which tbh most of us don’t need unless your dental hygiene is terrible. He also told me the entire break down over the phone and what my out of pocket will be and *spoiler alert* you probably won’t find anything more affordable in Dallas.

The thing that strikes me the most about Dr. Kim (Miri) is how much care she put in all her patients. Not only was she very honest with my treatment plan, her and her staff (forgot her name) really took their time to ensure that I was as comfortable and pleasant as I could be — two words you don’t hear used very often to describe your dental clinic.

If you’re like me and have always been fearful about going to a dentist, give this place a try. I had my deep cleaning done and yes, some part of it were painful but overall it was good time ☺️
